SNP index files for genotyping results in bim format. These files define the order of the SNPs in the calls, confidences, intensity and cnv files generated by UK Biobank. The files are bundled as a single linux tar archive; to extract use the command

tar -xvf

A file containing the MD5 checksums has also been included in the archive.

The files are also available separately under the corresponding Field entries for each genotyped chromosome.

This resource is not suitable for displaying within a web-browser.
It can be downloaded or viewed using the link: ukb_snp_bim.tar
