Description
This category contains data collected during wave 7 of the coronavirus serology study, which ran between November 2021 and February 2022.Approximately twelve months after the sixth sample collection of the coronavirus serology study (Category 995), an additional blood sample was requested from the same participants to allow for a comparative assessment of evidence of past SARS-CoV-2 infection since wave six of the study. Participants were also asked to complete a short online questionnaire about what symptoms they had experienced over the previous year.

Note that data collected from the children and grandchildren of UK Biobank participants have been made available from the Returns Catalogue. Population characteristics, including data on sex, year of birth, ethnic background and home location (grid co-ordinates) can be accessed from Return 2061.
