Notes

The array index value indicates the version number of the machine learning pipeline used to generate the derived data. Atrial volume calculations required Python libraries to extract segmentation boundaries, approximately evaluating a 3D volume by assuming an ellipsoid object. An upgrade to these libraries introduced some numerical differences in a small subset of participants. Where multiple values were provided, the most recent version of the segmentation has been retained.
