This category contains digitised histopathology slides, pathologist report extracts, and associated metadata received from Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) as part of a pilot linkage project involving approximately 1,100 participants. Participants were included in the pilot if they had a malignant or benign cancer diagnosis recorded in cancer registries since June 2020, and had been treated at an OUH NHS Foundation Trust hospital.Please note that the data fields in this category are not yet available for general research.
