Abstract
癫痫具有高度遗传性,具有许多已知的遗传风险位点。然而,遗传易感性在卒中后癫痫(poststroke epilepsy, PSE)中的作用仍未得到充分研究。瑞典哥德堡大学的Clocchiatti-Tuozzo等利用英国生物样本库(UK Biobank)的数据进行了一项病例对照遗传关联研究,旨在评估较高的癫痫遗传易感性是否会增加卒中存活者罹患PSE的风险。</p>
