About
We will develop tools and methods better identify genes underlying common diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) and Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Our project will provide information about genes associated with T2D and CAD disease risk that points towards biological important processes underlying the disease. This information can be used to identify potential drug targets in the early stages of the drug discovery process and better understanding of the genetic factors underlying disease risk. The expected project duration will be 36 months.
