This document provides information on the Integrated herpesvirus (iciHHV-6) data available in UK Biobank. DNA samples from over 400k participants in the UK Biobank were screened using a triplex TaqMan qPCR assay to identify likely positive samples. Analysis was performed between August 2021 and March 2022.
