Summary
Genetic association analysis was performed in SNPTEST with the expected method using an additive genetic model adjusted for age, sex, 10 principal components of ancestry and genotyping array. Genome-wide association analysis was performed separately for continuous chronotype and extreme chronotype with a genome-wide significance threshold of 5x10-8.
