Description

Structural connectomes provide a network representation of the brain white matter axonal architecture.
Whole-brain tractography is used to map white matter axonal pathways from an individual's diffusion MRI data and enable estimation of the connectivity properties of these pathways using any of a number of structural connectivity measures.

The Connectome fields in this category contain the structural connectivity matrices for the combination of a cortical and subcortical parcellation. Endpoint coordinates and quality metrics are also provided for the tractography.
