Schema are raw extracts of the meta-data presented in the online UK Biobank Data Showcase. They are presented to allow users to machine-process the information on the Showcase website and to enable the creation of alternative customised views or portals into the UK Biobank resource.

The showcase_order property included with some schema describes how items are ordered for visual presentation on the Showcase website (lowest values first, ties resolved alphabetically) and is of aesthetic interest only.
