An iniital identity check screen was presented to verify that the person entering was the correct participant. This was primarily targetted at participants who shared an email address with other participants and therefore might enter data for the wrong person if the email invite (which contained an initial and family-name) was not read fully. Version shown is from 2021 implementation.
