Index files for imputation BGEN results in BGI format. These files define the order of the SNPs in the files generated by UK Biobank and are intended to be used alongside the ukb_imp_chr*.bgen files. The files are bundled as a single linux compressed tar (using -cvzf) archive; to extract use the command

tar -xvzf

A file containing the MD5 checksums has also been included in the archive.

The files are also available separately under the corresponding Field entries for each imputed chromosome.

This resource is not suitable for displaying within a web-browser.
